Tom LaJoie

Tom LaJoie is the founder of eTT Aviation, formerly eTripTrader, a pioneering company in the aviation industry that provides innovative solutions for crew scheduling and air operations.

With a background as a pilot for the US Air Force and United Airlines, Tom identified the need for a more efficient way for airline crew members to trade trips, leading to the creation of eTripTrader in 2002, now known as Crew Companion.

Tom's expertise and understanding of airline operations have driven the evolution of eTT Aviation to offer products like SkedFlex, a comprehensive air operations suite that caters to crewmembers and airline operators from various airlines.

As the President and CEO of eTT Aviation, Tom's leadership has been instrumental in the rapid development and success of the company, focusing on enhancing customer service and meeting the diverse needs of airline customers.

Apart from his professional achievements, Tom is a certificated Airline Transport Pilot with over 6,000 hours of flight experience on multiple aircraft types and is actively involved in industry organizations like the Regional Airline Association (RAA) and the Entrepreneur's Organization (EO).
