Currently leading Alaska Star Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Alaska Airlines, Pasha excels in developing strategic relationships and fostering collaborations centered on safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

With over 8,000 hours of flight experience and multiple turbojet and turboprop Type Ratings, Pasha possesses a deep understanding of the aviation industry, leveraging his Airline Transport Pilot background.

Pasha engages actively in advising and mentoring startups focused on advancing aviation through cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and augmented/virtual reality.

His extensive business journey includes roles in renowned organizations such as Boeing, Beechcraft, and McKinsey & Company, where he honed skills in corporate venture capital, due diligence, international sales, strategic partnerships, and more.
