Tom Kennedy

Tom Kennedy is an experienced President with a strong background in the Design and Construction industry. He has expertise in Design/Build processes and execution, along with skills in Negotiation, Operations Management, Project Estimation, Feasibility Studies, and Mixed-use. Tom studied Master of Science in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Engineering at Marquette University, and holds a High School Diploma from Pius XI. Throughout his career, Tom has held various leadership positions in reputable organizations such as La Macchia Group, Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction, The Kennedy Group DB, Inc., Associated General Contractors of Milwaukee, Opus Development Corporation, The Opus Group, REYCON INCORPORATED, and American Appraisal Associates.
