Harding wears many hats and has held various prestigious positions such as Board Member at Hughes Foundation and ANA (ECHO Awards), Advisory Council at Fairview Health Services, and the MINNESOTA 4-H FOUNDATION. He has also worked at BANTA, IWCO Direct, and KDWB Radio.
