Prior to joining RECUR, Tom held leadership roles in various hyper-growth technology startups such as Paxful, Blockstack / Hiro, Stash, and Curalate, among others.

His expertise spans across human resources, people operations, talent acquisition, recruiting strategy, employee experience, culture, growth & strategy, general management, and much more.

Tom's skill set encompasses domains like information technology, artificial intelligence, blockchain, cryptocurrency, web3, NFT, metaverse, public speaking, consumer internet, fintech, and venture capital.

He strongly believes in the paramount importance of hiring in high-growth startups and upholds the philosophy that employee well-being is central to business success.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Throughout his career, Tom has served in various capacities including VP of People at RECUR and Paxful, Head of People at Hiro Systems, and Director of Talent Acquisition at Stash Invest.

He has also been involved in startup advising, board memberships, mentoring, and angel investing, endorsing his commitment to nurturing and growing emerging companies.

Tom has further honed his skills through roles in talent acquisition, human resources, and leadership within organizations like Yeeldr, Betts Recruiting, and Aerotek.

Additionally, he has delved into entrepreneurship as the CEO & Founder of Mountain Lion Consulting, LLC, focusing on talent and human resources, and has experience in residential sales as a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
