Vishal Vakharia is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader and management professional with expertise in hyper-growth startups, recruiting strategy, DEI initiatives, people-first culture growth, employer branding, management consulting, and data analytics. He completed his studies in Computer Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and pursued an Accelerated Certificate in Restaurant Operations, Restaurant/Food Services Management from New York University.

Throughout his career, Vakharia has held several leadership and talent acquisition roles at various organizations. He is currently serving as the Director of Talent at Ribbon. Prior to this, he worked as the Lead Recruiter for CartaX at Carta and was the Director of People & Talent at JOOR. He also served as a Technical Recruiter for Greenhouse Software, Venmo, and OnDeck. Additionally, Vakharia was the Head of Operations for yeeldr and founded his own company, VIC VIKTOR.

Before diving into the tech industry, Vakharia started his career as an Intern at Gain Capital and worked as a Summer Analyst at Fidelity Investments and iXL. He also served as the Vice President - Information Management Services and Senior Associate - Forensic Technology Solutions at AlixPartners as well as an Associate - Forensic Technology Solutions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
