Tom's background includes launching and leading the development of multi-territory websites, mobile apps downloaded over a million times, and communities generating millions of social interactions. He excels in developing and leading digital content products and teams, delivering world-class experiences for clients and audiences.

As Head of Entertainment and Digital Channels at ITV, Tom led online and on-demand product development for brands like X Factor, The Only Way Is Essex, and Dancing on Ice. At the Department for International Trade (DIT), his roles as Product Lead and Platform Lead involved creating interactive products and services to help businesses succeed in the international marketplace. Prior to joining DIT, Tom was a Product Service Manager at the UK Ministry of Justice and Lead Product Manager at the Government Digital Service.
