Paul Chambers

Paul Chambers is a knowledgeable and experienced Product Manager with an extensive background in Agile [Scrum] development teams. He has led numerous digital transformation projects during his time at Land Registry and facilitated the strategic development of the money.co.uk website. Paul is passionate about sharing his experience of Scrum and Agile with individuals and wider companies, and believes that empowered and engaged teams deliver the best product. He has trained and coached numerous teams within Dyson, Money/Zoopla, and Land Registry to become more agile, take responsibility and shape their own futures. His goal is to work with great people, solve the needs of customers with the right borrowing solutions, and build empowered autonomous product teams.

Paul studied Countryside Planning with Environmental Policy at the University of Gloucestershire and previously worked in various positions at Land Registry before moving into a product management career. He was formerly the Senior Product Owner at Dyson, the Head of Product, Financial Services at uSwitch and money.co.uk at ZPG, the Product Group Lead (Head of Product) at money.co.uk, and the Business Gateway Product Owner at Land Registry.
