He has been managing office and retail buildings effectively since 1988, specializing in lease negotiations, property management, site selection, and tenant representation.

Tom Bailey studied BBA in Finance-Real Estate at Texas Tech University, which provided him with a strong foundation for his successful career in the real estate sector.

Currently, Tom holds the position of Vice President of Operations at A & S Properties, Inc., showcasing his expertise and leadership in the real estate industry.

Previously, he has owned Capital Leasing Corporation and served as Vice President of Lending at Mbank, highlighting his wealth of experience and knowledge in different facets of the financial and real estate sectors.
