    David A. Buttross, a prominent figure in the real estate industry, is the founder of Buttross Properties and The Buttross Group. With a diverse background as a real estate broker, mortgage broker, and banker, David has amassed an impressive $60 million real estate portfolio. His portfolio consists of $30 million in real estate notes and $30 million in physical real estate assets. Over the course of his career, David has sealed more than 3,000 real estate deals, ranging from residential to commercial properties, predominantly in Texas.

    David has overseen the rental and sale of numerous million square feet of commercial real estate while managing thousands of units. Among his notable achievements is the ongoing 12-acre redevelopment project located at 701 Tillery, just a mile from downtown Austin, Texas. Once completed, this project is projected to offer a million square feet of retail and living space, potentially valued at $300 million.

    In addition to his real estate ventures, David Buttross heads Buttross Bank of Commerce, specializing in handling performing and non-performing assets as well as bulk REOs from distressed properties and large institutions. His current mission involves acquiring and selling over 1,000 single-family residential properties across 37 states in the US this year.

    David pursued his education at The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Economics, and later earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Texas State University-San Marcos. Alongside his real estate endeavors, David has been associated with various organizations, including ownership of Pineforest golf course and serving in leadership roles in several Buttross-related entities.
