Tolga Urkun

Tolga Urkun is a seasoned professional in the reinsurance industry with over 25 years of experience. He began his career in 1995, specializing in recoveries and commutations, and has since excelled in developing debt recovery plans, commutation strategies, and exit solutions.

Tolga's expertise lies in managing both insolvent and solvent scheme of arrangements, providing valuable advice to clients on acquisition projects with diverse legacy portfolios. He is well-versed in project management, overseeing large-scale projects encompassing operational and structural changes, including outsourcing operations and selling subsidiary risk carriers.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a 2:1 from Istanbul Üniversitesi and has also completed studies at DSI Deutsche Schule Istanbul. Tolga has held key positions in reputable organizations, serving as an Oversight Manager at Lloyd's, a Senior Account Expert at Swiss Re, and in various managerial roles at Pro Insurance Solutions Ltd.
