Todd Wood

Todd Wood is a seasoned professional with a diverse range of experiences in sales, business strategy, venture-based acquisition, technology, consulting, and operations. With a combination of skills, he has helped turn ideas into financially successful projects and/or ventures for companies like Sea Island Company, PC Mall, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Todd is currently leading a global systems transformation initiative to transition technology and enable new processes at all Mandarin Oriental Hotels and Offices globally.

Todd studied Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated with highest honors. After that, he started his career at IBM in sales and became a global market development executive. Later, he worked as a Partner with Deloitte Consulting where he led ERP implementations for the manufacturing and consumer goods industries and led the Global Internet Practice. Todd was also President and COO of a software firm he founded with investment from KKR. At 3Oaks, LLC, Todd helped launch companies or new initiatives within enterprises.

Todd also served as the Vice President of Information Services at Sea Island Company, where he implemented a strategic plan to transition the IT function and selected applications, supported the 2004 G-8 Conference, and designed/updated the entire audio-visual and technology infrastructure as part of a $500 million rebuild of the resort.
