Todd Hitomi

Todd Hitomi is the Fund Manager at Homeboy Industries, specifically overseeing the Homeboy Industries Venture and Jobs Fund. His role involves managing investments and supporting entrepreneurship initiatives aimed at helping formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated individuals reintegrate into society and the workforce.

Before joining Homeboy Industries, Todd served as the Program Manager at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI). In this capacity, he managed a portfolio of 40 startups within the Cleantech Incubation Program and developed business acceleration programs. He is driven by the belief that purposeful work fosters sustainable societal change. Todd holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied the socioeconomics of technology and architectural design.12
