Todd Everett

Todd Everett is a board member of ACI Group, a portfolio of direct-to-consumer companies, since May 2021.2 He is an independent advisor to several e-commerce companies, including Doddle Parcel Services Limited, Verishop, Inc., and Fetch Package, Inc., since December 2018.1

Everett has significant experience in the e-commerce and logistics industry. He previously held various roles at Newgistics, Inc., including:

• President and Chief Executive Officer (2015-2018)
• Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Parcel and Fulfillment Services (2014-2015)
• Senior Vice President of Operations (2010-2013)
• Director of Operations (2005-2010)1

After Newgistics was acquired by Pitney Bowes, Everett served as Senior Vice President and Strategic Advisor of Commerce Services at Pitney Bowes from March 2018 to May 2018.1 He was also an advisor to 101 Commerce, Inc., a global e-commerce platform, from September 2018 to December 2019.1

Everett is currently a director at Pitney Bowes, having joined the board in 2023.1 He owns 9,771 shares of Pitney Bowes stock.2
