Toby Roberts

Toby Roberts is an accomplished hospitality professional with years of experience in restaurant operations, business development, finance, systems development, and growth. A graduate of Portland State University - School of Business with a focus on marketing and sustainability, Toby is in partnership with talented, empathetic, and ambitious leaders in the hospitality industry.

Toby has served in leadership roles in several organizations, including President at Pok Pok Restaurants, Director of Financial Operations at Pok Pok & Whiskey Soda Lounge, Marketing Associate at The Dussin Group, and Assistant Manager at Black Rabbit Restaurant. He has also been a partner at Praxis Beverages (Guilder, Junior's Roasted Coffee) and Thaan Charcoal before co-founding Gado Gado Restaurant.
