James Clark School of Engineering with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Tobias furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the same university.

Throughout his career, Tobias has gained valuable experience working in various roles within renowned organizations such as James G. Davis Construction (DAVIS), Clark Construction Group, LLC, Glenn Glascow, General Contractor, and Northrop Grumman Corporation.

His previous positions include being a Project Engineer - Superintendent, Project Engineer - Field Engineer, Office Engineer Intern, Contracting Apprentice, and College Technical Intern, showcasing his versatility and adaptability within the construction and engineering sectors.

Currently, Tobias Schubotz is involved in projects at Gnosis Safe and Gnosis PM, along with his contributions to Full Node Berlin, a testament to his active engagement in the tech and business community.
