Tobias Baum is a highly accomplished individual with a strong educational background and extensive experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and management.

He completed his High School education with outstanding performance, achieving a remarkable 1.1 at Nicolaus-August-Otto-Schule Diez.

Continuing his academic journey, Tobias pursued a PhD in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at RWTH Aachen University, showcasing his dedication to research and specialized knowledge in these fields.

He further honed his skills by obtaining a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management with an impressive 1.2 GPA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Tobias also enriched his international experience through an MBA Exchange Program at The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business, focusing on Business Administration and Management.

Additionally, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Information Systems - Sales & Consulting from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, demonstrating his multidisciplinary approach to education.

In his professional journey, Tobias has contributed significantly to various organizations and roles, including serving as Digitalization at RWTH Aachen Tech Incubator, showcasing his expertise in digital innovation.

Previously, he held the position of Startup Coach at RWTH Innovation, where he shared his insights and guidance with emerging entrepreneurs.

Tobias also gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company, a renowned global management consulting firm, where he currently holds the position on educational leave.

His tenure at McKinsey & Company included roles as a Consultant, Fellow Intern, and enriching internships in areas such as Private Equity and Project Management.

Prior to his time at McKinsey, Tobias interned at EMIL Deutschland AG, further expanding his industry knowledge and network.

He also contributed to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Project Management and gained hands-on experience in Global Social & Environmental Responsibility during his internship at HP.
