With certifications in A+, Security+, Network+, Six Sigma Green Belts, and Logistics Level I Certification from Defense Acquisition University, Tobe has a strong educational background. He has worked in various capacities, including as an Information Technology Specialist at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, a GLOBAL COMBAT SUPPORT SYSTEM-ARMY INSTRUCTOR LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATE at Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, a TPE-P Coordinator / Logistics Analyst III at Sentel, a PBO at the U.S Army, and as an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST at Honeywell International in Afghanistan and Iraq. He also served as an Engineer Technical /Functional Instructor at Northrop Grumman Corporation in Fort Hood, Texas.
