Leo Hergenroeder

Leo Hergenroeder is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in leadership and management roles. He has a strong background in business development, enterprise-wide operations, analysis, and program management.

During his tenure as the Sector Director of Global Operations at Northrop Grumman, Leo oversaw a wide range of sector operations including operations reviews, corporate reviews, management reporting, and monitoring of operational goals.

In his role as the Sector Director of Programs for Information Systems at Northrop Grumman, he played a key role in developing the Program Execution Framework, which optimized program execution and improved margins while handling a high-risk portfolio of programs.

Leo Hergenroeder is known for his expertise in program management, business process analysis, and the application of information technology to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost savings. He is also recognized for his proficiency in training and coaching program managers and overseeing the evolution of program management frameworks.

Leo holds a Master of Science in Physics (with a focus on Lasers and Optics) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy. He also has a TS Clearance.

He has held significant positions including Vice President of Business Development at QinetiQ US, Senior Director at DSA, Director at Northrop Grumman Corporation, and served as an Army Officer in the U.S. Army.
