Responsibility to drive research projects in eCommerce and Media Marketing as well as collaborative ecommerce projects with key players in the local economy.
Teaching in function of an assistant professor for multimedia communication up to 60 students at the faculty of Business Administration and supervised and evaluated diploma theses.

► Driving the digitization of traditional businesses such as insurance companies (Provinzial), Newspapers (Rheinische Post) and the Chamber of Crafts of Northrhine-Westfalia. We also evaluated new approaches for communication and conceptual design of optimized communication processes for industry and commerce.

Founded in 1997, the "Multimedia Competence Center" was the strategy and operations unit of the “Digitale Stadt Düsseldorf e.V.“, an association of the conurbations economic key players of industry and commerce, universities and service companies, e.g. Aengevelt Immobilien, Capgemini, cisco, Deloitte & Touche, FHD, IBM, Rheinische Post, Siemens and vodafone.
The centers’ aim was to support the adoption of new media technologies and to drive digital change in NRW.
