Tina has worked for notable companies such as The Guardian News & Media and News UK, as well as various event agencies. Her work experience has equipped her with a range of skills, including high-profile event production coordination, strategic planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, public relations, and risk assessments.

Tina's innovative events planning background and motivational leadership style enable her teams to collaborate effectively across diverse departments, supporting innovation and excellence. She has also been actively involved in leading The Guardian's diversity and inclusion forum and women's group, organizing charity events and programming panel discussions, talks, and workshops to support diversity and inclusion objectives.

Tina has a BA joint honours in Advertising and Media, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Event Management and Public Relations, and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations. She also studied at the University of Oxford on the Women's Leadership Development Program.
