Timothy Rapp

Timothy Rapp is a co-founder of High Horse Entertainment, a game development studio based in Los Angeles, California. He has a significant background in the video game industry, having entered the field as a Software Engineer. Rapp is known for his work on notable franchises such as Call of Duty and Guitar Hero. He played a pivotal role in developing the online gameplay for Call of Duty 3, contributing to the creation of the first 24-player peer-to-peer game on consoles. Following that, he was instrumental in building the online gameplay for the Guitar Hero series and later returned to work on various systems for Black Ops 2.
