- Developed strong project management and communication skills through motivating and mobilising a team of 30+ to create events with 100+ guests• Collaborated with finance team to manage early budgets ranging from $10,000- $25,000 for all sub teams• Worked with finance and sponsorship teams to secure over SGD$50,000+ of funding during my leadership• Facilitated event logistics by liaising with third-party caterers and sponsors and curated the speaker group to present engaging and polished content• Previously served as Executive Producer (2017), Assistant Executive Producer (2016) and Assistant Event Manager (2015)• Was invited to attend TEDFest, an official TED conference, in New York (April 2018) where I gained the a level 2 (100+ Attendees) TEDx License.
