Timothy Michael Kral

Timothy Michael Kral is the founder, president, and CEO of Siembra Mobile Inc., where he leads the company in fulfilling its vision, mission, and values.

He collaborates with Stanford University and University of California at Santa Barbara to drive innovation and execution, focusing on cloud solutions for college enrollment, in-demand skills partnerships, and upskilling the next generation for the evolving work landscape.

With over two decades of experience in the Bay Area, Tim has held leadership, directorial, and CFO positions in various technology firms, where he emphasized data-driven decision-making and performance management to enhance shareholder value.

Tim's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Jose State University, with additional studies in theology, history, and social science.

He has studied Liberal Arts and World History at Palo Alto High School, completed a Summer Seminar on building valuation for private companies at Stanford Extended Education, and pursued further studies in Finance at both Golden Gate University and San Jose State University.

His past organizational roles include being the Founder & CEO at Siembra and serving as a Strategic Advisor at Risk Oversight for Postsecondary.
