Tim Winkler

Tim Winkler is the Founder of hatch I.T., a platform that connects startups and high-growth companies with engineering, product, and data talent. He is also the creator of hatchpad, a community for technologists focused on startups. Tim hosts The Pair Program, a podcast where he engages in candid conversations with tech leaders from the startup world.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Tim serves as a Startup Advisor and Investor, specializing in Seed to Series D funding rounds. He collaborates with founders and leadership teams to facilitate company growth and align their teams with top talent. With over 15 years of experience, Tim is a seasoned Executive and Technical Recruiter.

Tim Winkler's industry expertise spans across various sectors including Cyber-Tech, AI, Health-Tech, Gaming, Fin-Tech, Data, Cloud, Crypto, Web3, B2B, and B2C. He has a robust background in talent acquisition and development within these industries.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Tim values his role as a husband, a father to a daughter and a dog, and enjoys interests like bourbon tasting, travelling, and exploring different parts of the world.

On the academic front, Tim completed an Executive Program on Leadership in an Exponentially Changing World from MIT Sloan School of Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from George Mason University.
