Tim Tagaris is the CEO and owner of Aisle 518 Strategies, a firm specializing in digital strategy and fundraising. He has a notable background in political campaigns, having served as a Senior Advisor to Senator Bernie Sanders during his 2020 presidential campaign. Previously, he was the Digital Fundraising Director for Sanders' 2016 campaign, which achieved significant success by raising $218 million online, primarily from small contributions averaging $27 each.
In addition to his work with Sanders, Tim has extensive experience in political strategy, having worked for Senator Chris Murphy for nearly a decade, guiding his digital initiatives through multiple electoral victories. He has also contributed to Giffords: The Courage to End Gun Violence, helping the organization raise over $20 million in online donations since its inception.
Before founding Aisle 518 Strategies, Tim was instrumental in developing the first New Media Department at the Service Employees International Union from 2008 to 2011 and served as Digital Director for Ned Lamont's successful primary campaign against Joe Lieberman in 2006. His career also includes roles at the Democratic National Committee and with then Congressman Sherrod Brown.1
