Tim Reusing

Tim Keelan is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of experience as a general counsel to both public and private companies. Among his key accomplishments were his roles in structuring and negotiating acquisitions and multiple rounds of outside financing while he was at On2 Technologies, a publicly traded software company, and achieving broad adoption of On2's software in the marketplace, including negotiating successful strategic licensing arrangements with Adobe, Skype, Sony, and AOL. Mr. Keelan is currently serving as the Lead of the Legal Team responsible for all Alphabet/Google strategic investments, as well as attorney on various domestic and international acquisitions and investments. His specialties include Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), technology licensing, general corporate and securities law, capital market transactions and securities offerings, corporate governance, public company representation, securities law compliance, equity investments, including PIPEs and venture capital (VC) financings, startups, and corporate formation. Tim Keelan holds a Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School.
