Tim Hannigan
Tim Hannigan is an accomplished Assistant Professor in Organization Theory and Entrepreneurship at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta. Hannigan earned his DPhil at the University of Oxford, Said Business School, after gaining his MSc from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and his BA (Hons) at Queen's University. Before teaching, he worked at several startup technology companies. He specializes in the evolution of product markets, entrepreneurship, disruptive innovation, business models, political and organization scandals and using big data techniques to study the intertwined dynamics of reputation, status, and social networks.
Dr. Hannigan has experience working as a Teaching/Research Assistant at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Manager in Electronic Communications at Queen's University. He was also a Research Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, prior to his current role.
