Lucas holds a postgraduate degree from São Braz Educacional and a Bachelor's degree from the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Santa Catarina. Additionally, he has completed the Permission for Insurance Broking in Brazil Territory course at the Escola Nacional de Seguros.

As CEO and co-founder of Me Sinto Seguro, an insurtech company, Lucas is dedicated to transforming the field of insurance by leveraging technology and innovation. Previously, Lucas co-founded IDmaq and has held various positions, including Gestor de Operações e Novos Negócios and Corretor de Seguros, at Métasul Corretora de Seguros Ltda. He also founded Ausmob and served as the new business owner and was the Sales Channel Manager at CRE8 Brasil.
