In the first years I was mainly working on logistical projects (lean management) in the automotive industry (Volvo Trucks Ghent, Volvo Cars Ghent).

Afterwards I was working on two projects to improve the production processes at SMEs:
*ERIP: lean management in several SMEs in Flanders
*INNOFLOW: improving the production flow of SMEs in the textiles, wood and furniture industry

I wrote 6 scientific articles, out of which one got voted as best paper on the 2011 International Simulation Conference.
