Tim Poydenis

Tim Poydenis is a highly experienced corporate attorney and Partner at Goodwin, specializing in the Technology Companies group. Drawing on his extensive background in corporate and securities law, he advises start-ups and emerging growth companies on all aspects of their corporate lifecycle, from formation and fundraising to mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He also represents venture capital firms and strategic investors in their dealings with these companies. Prior to joining Goodwin, Poydenis was a Corporate Attorney at Cooley LLP and held similar roles at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth and Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP, as well as serving as an Associate & Agent at Beverly Hills Sports Council. He is a graduate of Saint John's University School of Law and Villanova University, where he studied Political Science and Spanish.
