Tiffany St James is a global digital strategist, consultant, and founder of multiple organizations, including digital strategic consultancy Transmute and online education platform Westco Academy Online. She is widely recognized for her expertise in embedding better digital capability in large organizations, driving digital transformation for business change, and building digital and social media resilience for governments and cities. Tiffany has consulted with the UK government for 14 years, leading impactful initiatives such as Directgov, Digital Policy Comms, and launching Data.gov.uk. Her extensive client list includes Abu Dhabi Government, Google, National Trust, Prudential, TalkTalk, and The Telegraph.

Tiffany is a speaker on technology and workforce digital capability, and her contributions to the digital industry have not gone unnoticed.
