Holtze is also a Senior Manager at PwC Germany, where he drives digital transformation and upskilling projects for clients. With a background in business administration and communication science, Holtze is a professional in skills management, digital learning, and digital business models.

He is a Regional Leader of the PwC Next Level startup initiative, has moderated various startup events and corporate digital bootcamps.
