Tierney Ashford is a Colorado State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Organization and Innovation Management. She began her career in the printing industry as a Leadership Development Associate, gaining expertise in management and selling. Tierney later pursued her passion for health and wellness by obtaining a Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has since led health coaching efforts at Breakthrough Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc. and launched Tierney Ashford Health Coach. With an MA in Health and Wellness Coaching, Tierney now works as an Engagement Guide at Virgin Pulse, promoting holistic nutrition and fitness. Her skillset in leadership, management, communication, entrepreneurship, and natural and organic food industries, highlights her interdisciplinary approach to promote healthy living.
