Tian's professional experience includes serving as Assistant to the CEO and Equestrian Project Manager at IVY EDUCATION GROUP, Support Officer and Market Analyst at International Water Association, New Product Development Project Manager at Dutch Domotics, and Consultancy Project Manager at Topaz, among others.

Tian is also skilled in project management, market analysis, and research, having undertaken a range of research projects during her career. Additionally, she is well-traveled, and she enjoys experiencing new cultures and people, making her a natural fit for a variety of international business roles.
