Thomaz Uehara is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field.

He has a strong background as a team leader in support teams, specializing in ticket and backlog management to ensure SLA and pre-established goals are met.

Thomaz has actively contributed to numerous global projects and assisted in the onboarding of new clients, conducting risk analyses, and validating access and tools in multinational company test environments.

His expertise spans across networks, servers, information security, and support, always focusing on clear and objective practices to ensure company and end-user satisfaction.
