Thomas Zahlten is an international Headhunter with over 21 years of experience working across Austria, EU, Germany, Middle East, US, and Russia. With a special focus on Manufacturing, FMCG, Automotive, Aircraft & Defense, Oil & Gas, and Pharma industries, Thomas is the CEO of Breadhunter Group, an International Executive Search firm with partner offices in 80 cities worldwide. Thomas has been integral in developing the firm's extensive phone network, operating from several cities in Europe, North America, and Asia to serve clients worldwide.

Thomas has a diverse educational background, having studied at various institutions, including the American University in Cairo, the University of Tehran, SOAS University of London, and the University of Freiburg, among others. He also studied at several schools, including Waldorf Schools and the Christophorus Schule Braunschweig.

Thomas has served in several capacities over the course of his career, including Senior Research Consultant at Eblinger & Partner Personal- und Managementberatungs GmbH, Research Consultant at 3ccc GmbH, and Headhunter at various Münchner Unternehmensberatungen firms. He is also the former Partner for Austria at InHunt World.

Thomas is currently based in Austria and is always keen on sharing his insights on recruiting, social media, sales, jobs, and the future of work. Outside of work, Thomas is a blogger and startup founder.
