In my role as Maintenance Manager, I was responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring the optimal functioning of our maintenance department. I played a crucial role in creating and monitoring the maintenance budget, with a strong focus on cost control and reporting. In my role as After Sales Coordinator, I served as the face and point of contact for Contronics Engineering. My primary task was to proactively visit existing clients, aiming to inform and keep them updated about the functionality and added value of our Dry Misting solution. To achieve this, I provided presentations and training sessions, and I also strove to inspire all stakeholders to become ambassadors for our company and our service.

As the ears and eyes of the organization, I promptly identified opportunities, threats, and market developments, which I then worked on within various project groups to produce scalable results.

After Sales Coordinator 

As Operational Manager, I was ultimately responsible for the entire operation of Golf & Country Course Sint-Oedenrode. In this role, I served as a unifying factor for our members and guests. I liaised with members of the association board, golf professionals, sponsors, and committee chairs. In addition to my managerial duties, I spent my time devising and achieving commercial objectives.

As an account manager at Coosto, I was responsible for generating revenue by expanding existing relationships, acquiring new customers, recommending (new) products, and identifying and developing market opportunities. Achieving upsell and cross-selling opportunities while minimizing churn were among the main challenges of this dynamic role. During my tenure at Coosto, I built a large network of reputable organizations in the Netherlands and Belgium. Additionally, I fostered strong relationships within government, healthcare, and education sectors.

As a restaurant manager, I had overall responsibility for Restaurant New York, with a focus on guest satisfaction and its enhancement. Maintaining contact with suppliers and representatives, monitoring inventory, and managing staff schedules were also part of my duties. Together with a dedicated team that I trained, motivated, and supervised, we always prioritized guest satisfaction and celebrated successes enthusiastically.
