He has served as a Partner/Director of Operations at Focus Plus, Inc., where he oversaw every functional area, company, and global projects within the organization. Additionally, he previously worked as a consultant for various companies, where he managed market research facilities in the New York City area for different initiatives.

John has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rutgers University and has undergone multiple professional training courses through the Market Research Association. He is a founding member of First Choice Facilities (FCF) and co-chair of the Focus Facility Association (FFA).
