Thomas Pertsoulis

Thomas Pertsoulis, also known as Tom, is a seasoned lawyer specializing in international debt capital markets at A&O Shearman.

Tom's legal expertise encompasses a wide array of capital markets transactions, with a specific emphasis on debt capital markets and securitisation.

His professional background includes working on various financial instruments such as medium term notes, covered bonds, residential mortgage-backed securities, and asset-backed securities within the Australian, European, and US markets.

He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney. Tom's academic journey also includes completing the Higher School Certificate at Trinity Grammar School.
