Josh Rosenfeld

Josh Rosenfeld is a highly accomplished lawyer with significant experience working for top-tier global law firms and tech companies. He holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.

Josh currently serves as a Partner at Strategic Law Partners, LLP, a boutique law firm based in Silicon Valley that specializes in corporate transactions, securities law, and litigation. Previously, he served as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Bebo, a pioneering social media platform, where he led the legal team in advising the company on various legal matters, including privacy, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

Before joining Bebo, Josh worked as a corporate and securities attorney at two prominent global law firms, DLA Piper and Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich (now DLA Piper), where he represented numerous public and private companies in various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and venture capital financings.
