With a diverse career spanning various disciplines and sectors, Thomas graduated with a first-class law degree from the University of Kent in 2009.
He trained as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) while pursuing qualifications as a barrister at the Bar of England and Wales.
After working at PwC, Thomas practiced as a barrister at 9 Gough Square before transitioning to roles at HSBC, including Global Operations Manager focusing on Business Planning and Performance Analytics, and later as Chief of Staff to the Global Head of Operations.
In 2018, he joined Bridges Fund Management, where he is involved in defining and executing value creation strategies, collaborating with investment managers and executive teams across the company's portfolio.
