Thomas Miksits is a visionary and passionate entrepreneur dedicated to making a positive impact on the world by supporting organic farming, small farmer cooperatives, and education projects.

In 2010, he founded all i need beverage GmbH with a focus on producing organic, fairtrade, and vegan-certified tea-based beverages of the highest quality.

His commitment to ethical sourcing led to the use of only whole tea leaves meeting top-quality standards and raw materials from organic farming and fairtrade cooperatives.

Under his leadership, all i need was acquired by Capri Sun Group Holding AG in 2018 to expand its international presence.

Following a successful exit in early 2020, Thomas Miksits transitioned from his role as CEO to explore new opportunities.

In 2021, he established Black Swan Magic, an innovation company primarily involved in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector, with a keen interest in technology and marketing-driven industries.

Black Swan Magic aims to nurture startups in the FMCG space and assist established companies in fostering innovation.

Thomas Miksits is open to supporting, investing in, and collaborating with intriguing ideas and businesses, showcasing a wealth of experience gained over the years in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

A graduate of the Universität Wien, where he studied International Business Administration, Thomas Miksits brings a strong educational background to his entrepreneurial ventures.
