Thomas Mancusi is currently the Head of Growth at QCode Network, a position he has held since March 2023.12 QCode is a podcast network that produces thrilling stories with immersive sound and A-list celebrities.1

Prior to joining QCode, Mancusi served as an Advisor at Podscribe, an automated verification and attribution platform for podcast advertising, from September 2022 to the present.13

Mancusi has extensive experience in the communications industry, particularly in digital sales. Some of his previous roles include:

• Digital Sales Director at CBS New York TV & Radio from December 2010 to May 2012, where he led a team of traditional and digital sellers to record-breaking revenue and introduced CBS Local and Music digital assets to major advertisers in the Greater New York City area.1

• Senior Digital Director at Katz360 from March 2009 to December 2010, where he sold digital audio, display, database-segmentation, and mobile platforms to agencies, capturing over $3M in digital revenue.1

• Director of Sales at Katz Media Group/Interep National Radio Sales from April 2007 to April 2009, where he coordinated sales objectives, compiled sales plans, set performance goals for account executives, and increased market share for CBS Radio.1

• Vice President/Account Executive at CBS Radio Sales, Interep National Radio Sales from June 2004 to April 2007.1
