Thomas Kroupa is a highly-experienced mathematician turned project manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Knox College, and throughout his career, he has served as a senior advisor, consultant project manager, and project manager at several organizations, including Allstate, Computer Aid, Inc., Centric Consulting, and SPR. Thomas has a passion for coaching, mentoring, and volunteering, and he believes that continuous learning is the key to staying ahead in the game. In addition to his professional endeavors, Thomas has also served as a trustee on the board of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Chicagoland chapter. His MacGyver-like approach to problem-solving and his ability to adapt to new environments make him a valuable asset to any team.
