João Paulo Miranda Andrello

Meet João Paulo Miranda Andrello, an experienced and knowledgeable professional with a strong background in project management in agile methodologies, implementation of systems and new technologies, and digital transformation. With a degree in Data Processing Technology from the Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and an MBA in Digital Marketing and Information Technology from IGTI, he has developed expertise in business intelligence, information security, strategic planning, and system development.

João has demonstrated leadership and management skills in the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) as well as auditing processes for IT systems and information security. With his extensive knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and PDCA, he is able to lead technical and multifunctional teams to implement new technologies that align with business goals. Furthermore, he is well-versed in managing people and IT vendors and has experience in telecommunications, database management, contact center operations, and outsourcing. In addition, he has a thorough understanding of the LGPD guidelines and can advise organizations on compliance matters.

Currently, as a project manager at Grupo GFT, João leads the development of systems and apps for mobile platforms while ensuring the integration of systems and processes. Prior to this, he held positions such as Director of IT at Tecnocall and Bm2 Soluções Web, and Systems Analyst at Brasil Assistência, among others.
