Thomas Chigbo is a seasoned community organizer and campaigner with a strong belief in empowering citizens to influence their communities and public services.

With over ten years of experience, Thomas has collaborated with various institutions and community groups across the UK to engage ordinary people in decision-making processes through community organizing and deliberative democracy techniques.

He excels as a trainer and facilitator, having trained numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds to partake in impactful social initiatives, while fostering enduring community organizing partnerships dedicated to social justice and the greater good.

Thomas Chigbo pursued his education at The London Oratory School, University of Cambridge where he studied MA in Geography, and Queen Mary, University of London where he obtained an MA in Community Organizing.

His professional journey includes roles such as Community Engagement & Participation Manager at TPXimpact, Community Engagement & Participation Manager at FutureGov, Senior Organiser, and various positions at Citizens UK, as well as serving as Acting Director at CitySafe Foundation.

Additionally, Thomas Chigbo held the position of President at Cambridge University Students' Union and worked as a Street Fundraiser at DialogueDirect.
