As the CEO and Executive Director of ECatalyst, he leads the team in building and sustaining Entrepreneurial Ecosystems, encompassing networks of entrepreneurs, mentors, business executives, and investors that facilitate entrepreneurial growth and development. Previously, he served as the Director of Ecosystem Development and Training at Leadership Institute For Entrepreneurs (LIFE), enriching the entrepreneurial landscape through training initiatives.

    Thomas Carlson has a rich academic background, having served as an Associate Professor of Philosophy at Pikes Peak Community College and as a Professor of Philosophy and Religion at Colorado State University-Pueblo. His practical experience includes roles such as Business Manager/Partner at Desert Dew, CEO/General Manager at Amanah Business Solutions, and Consultant at Abu Dhabi SCO (Scholarship Coordination Office), among others.

    With a diverse professional history, Thomas Carlson has contributed to various sectors, including education, business management, cross-cultural consulting, and entrepreneurship. His tenure as President and CEO at DPI, Campus Ministry Director at Boston University Navigators, and Owner/CEO at Boston Specialized Educational Services (BSES) underscores his versatility and commitment to fostering growth and development in multiple fields.
