Thomas Bornheim

Thomas Bornheim is the CEO of 42 Heilbronn, a software engineering school based on a hands-on coding program model that originated in Paris, France, in 2013, and now operates in over 20 countries.

With a background in Comparative Literature, History, and Philosophy from Freie Universität Berlin, Thomas builds on his educational foundation from Gymnasium Achim to lead the initiative in Heilbronn, Germany, offering a unique learning experience to students through peer learning and self-directed research.

Prior to his current role, Thomas held positions at Google as a Senior Analyst in Engineering and as a Junior Analyst in Sales and Operations, bringing a wealth of experience in the tech industry.

His professional journey includes roles at GEFCO, Simon Kucher & Partners Marketing Consultants Ltd, ARD-Hauptstadtstudio, Arno A Evers Fair PR, and BBC London, Berlin Bureau, showcasing his diverse skills and expertise across different sectors.
