Thom Wernke, a millennial entrepreneur, is the co-founder and CEO of StartDock, a collaborative and innovative workspace community that helps startups and scale-ups grow by sharing knowledge, skills, and networks. Wernke studied Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Facility Management at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Policy, Communication, and Organization with an 8.0 grade at VU Amsterdam. He also completed a Sales Training and Practice program at the Institute for Sales Talent. Before starting StartDock, Wernke worked at Databazen, BONQUE.nl, and Royal DSM N.V. He also served as the External Relations Board Member of Faculteitsvereniging EOS and Floormanager at the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports.
